old bullet "You may elect to voluntarily separate from State Service" The underline portion of that bullet is what you want to pay attention to. This section will not apply to you if you are not Retiring, Resigning, or taking a layoff.
Page 5 of 7 is where you want to be, make your selections in order of what you want to do, If you want to remain at SQ fulltime make that your first choice beginning with number one. All pages must be initialed and dated!!!!
Then go to the REEMPLOYMENT LIST ELECTION and make your choices in order of where you would want to go in the event you are laid off. On page 5 of 7 in the # of vacancies you see the number 10, that is how many vacant positions we have and can move people into based on their latest report.
