2012 Statewide Bid Process Placement Results for Parole and Non-Parole

Statewide Bid Awards

The placement listings provide results for Peace Officers who elected to participate in the SWB, as well as providing placement/transfer information to parting and receiving institutions/programs. Peace Officers awarded a transfer, which is binding and irrevocable, will receive a letter confirming the SWB results, as well as providing information about Per Diem and ATO.

July 23, 2012: Report Time for Transitional Academy is 0700 hours at the Richard A. McGee Correctional Training Center

July 23, 2012: Report date for employees awarded a position during Statewide Bid Process.

Week of August 20, 2012: Options worksheet packets mailed to impacted employees.

Week of September 24, 2012: Placement/Layoff letters mailed to impacted staff.

October 30, 2012: Layoff effective date.

October 30, 2012: Re-employment effective date.

October 31, 2012:  Placement effective date.
